Study shows cons happy marriage
Some people can be seen married couples gain weight in the first or second year or even a tenth of a long-term relationship.
Many people say that the reason lies in the routine, or eating more snacks, while others point to a link by not exercising, said: "Russia today".
Whatever the reason, the researchers wanted to see if the weight gain in the marital relationship is real, and he's obviously as well.
Over the past few years, in particular, studies indicated that our favorite things in life lead to weight gain.
And research shows that people who feel good in marital relationships enjoy better health, in other words, one can say, happy wife, healthy life.
But in July 2013, researchers at the University of Southern Methodist in Dallas, 169 State of new couples for four years, and found something quite different.

And it turns out that those less fortunate in their relationship, they are more likely to lose weight. Researchers say that couples who feel good in the marital relationship, they are actually less likely to follow their weight because they're not looking to leave their partner, they are happy and satisfied with how things are going.
Principal investigator, says Andrea Meltzer: "positively satisfaction associated with overweight and tends the couple we were satisfied with, to gain more weight."
In another study, published in February 2018, in PLOS One journal, lasted 10 years and included fifteen thousand Australian researchers wanted to know if people in relationships are more prone to weight gain, compared with individuals who were single.
The main researcher found, Stephanie Shoba that singles have a rate increase in total weight 1.8 kg per year while earning couples 5.8 kg increase in weight on average incomes. But what reason?
It's interesting that data that goes back to the period between 2005-2014, revealed that although the husbands smoke less, drink less alcohol, eat less fatty foods compared to singles, couples weight rates still higher.
Researchers say that when couples do not need to need to attract a partner, you may feel more comfortable eating more food or eat more foods rich in fat and sugar.
And of course, there are many factors that go into determining the cause of weight gain, this can include: stress and eating and drinking habits, amount of physical activity daily and eating habits.
Whatever the root causes, it is important for individuals, especially couples, creating an environment conducive to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
