15 minutes is sufficient exercise daily to promote and protect children's health from disease, according to a recent British study revealed.
Sky News said, to give children 15 minutes of physical activity during the school day, improve their fitness and daily behavior, and helps to combat rising levels of obesity.


The study led a group of researchers from different faculties of Health Sciences and sports in Britain and conducted experiments on around 400 pupils and pupils in primary schools.
